Job Summary

VadaTech Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Henderson, NV. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines, developing manufacturing plans, and monitoring production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, including 5-axis and 3+2 CNC vertical machines.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing plans to ensure high-quality parts are produced.
  • Monitor production processes and intervene when problems arise.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and departments to deliver estimates and tooling requirements.
  • Perform machine shop set-up and equipment maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist.
  • Experience with multi-axis CNC machines, including Mazak 5-axis.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and part prints.
  • Basic knowledge of Mastercam and ability to troubleshoot CNC programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
