Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to a young adult patient in Coral Springs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require a Hoyer lift and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the physician's prescribed plan of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
