  • Train new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Help in ordering food supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet the demands of our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition and performing at optimal levels.
  • Solve problems that arise and seize control of issues in the kitchen, demonstrating effective problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Work an average of 32 to 40 (or more) hours per week, depending on the needs of the kitchen and the demands of our guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.

  • Regular and reliable attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting the demands of our guests and the kitchen team.
