- Ensure that food is top quality, and that the kitchen is in good working condition, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Keep stations clean and comply with food safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve upon the kitchen's performance, driving innovation and excellence in our culinary operations.
- Prepare food properly, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Train new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Help in ordering food supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet the demands of our guests.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition and performing at optimal levels.
- Solve problems that arise and seize control of issues in the kitchen, demonstrating effective problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Work an average of 32 to 40 (or more) hours per week, depending on the needs of the kitchen and the demands of our guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.

- Regular and reliable attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting the demands of our guests and the kitchen team.
