Job Summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ABA Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical ABA Supervisor, you will provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to grow their career in behavioral health care treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client's specific needs.
  • Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to assist clients in obtaining their treatment goals and objectives.
  • Meet with, train, and supervise direct care staff to provide guidance and review progress on goals.
  • Evaluate and update client progress reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services.
  • Must speak fluent Spanish.
  • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, typically mornings and afternoons with some weekend availability.
  • Ability to travel to and work in multiple program service areas.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
