Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will ensure that guest accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the quality of our hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and quality standards throughout your daily tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
  • Thoroughly clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel guidelines.
  • Restock and organize cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Expectations

You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to meet the hotel's established cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will report any maintenance issues and address guest requests or complaints while ensuring the security and confidentiality of all guest areas.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and team members.
  • Familiarity with proper chemical handling and safety practices.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities is a plus.
