Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salon Product Distributor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service orientation towards customers and internal staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Process orders submitted via our ERP system, online, email, and phone with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Answer phone calls swiftly and professionally, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be technologically proficient, and have adaptability and multi-tasking abilities. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
