Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies and solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
  • 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field

Work Environment:

This role is based in Bentonville, AR and requires occasional travel to other locations.
