Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst I - Epic ClinDoc/Stork Hybrid is a key member of the WakeMed team, responsible for participating in the build rollout and support of assigned applications. This role involves all aspects of application support, including design, analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with end-users to understand issues and implement solutions as a first-level response for assigned applications.
  • Work with department management to maximize department performance and inform management decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the IS customer department and vendors.

Requirements:

  • No experience required with a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of direct position experience.
  • With an Associate's degree, 4 years of direct position experience are required.
  • With a High School diploma, equivalent experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified/Licensed/Registered in the field of practice.
  • EPIC certification in the area of responsibility within 6 months of hire.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
  • Weekend requirements: as needed.
  • Call requirements: on-call evenings and weekends as needed.
