Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/MLS/MLT to join our team at one of Virginia's most reputable healthcare systems. Salary and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to over $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a top-notch benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as HSA, FSA, life insurance, PTO, sick time, retirement benefits, and education assistance.

About the Role

As a Medical Technologist/MLS/MLT, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyzing results to help diagnose and treat patients. You will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to specialize in areas such as chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology. New graduates and experienced laboratory professionals are encouraged to apply.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field from an accredited program
  • MT/MLS or MLT ASCP certification (or eligibility)
