Job Summary

We are seeking a Tutoring Professional to join our team at Team Tutor. As a Wilson Reading instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and support to a 3rd grade student in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the student's unique needs and abilities.
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure seamless support and progress monitoring.
Requirements
  • Wilson Certification
  • Experience working with students who require additional academic support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
