Position Overview:

The Prosthodontic Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing new patient intakes, performing complex procedures such as implant placements, sinus lifts, bone and tissue grafts, and handling complex prosthodontic cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality assurance of all clinical cases to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Manage new patient consultations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.

Perform dental implant placements, including guided surgeries, and handle complex implant cases.

Conduct sinus lifts, bone grafting, and soft tissue grafting procedures as necessary.

Lead in managing complex prosthodontic and restorative cases, including full mouth rehabilitation.

Collaborate with other specialists to develop and execute treatment plans.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in prosthodontics and implant dentistry.

Ensure a seamless patient experience with a focus on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Prosthodontic Specialty Certificate or equivalent.

Board certification or eligibility is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in prosthodontics and implant dentistry.

Expertise in dental implants, sinus lifts, bone and tissue grafting, and complex restorative cases.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Excellent communication and patient management skills.
