Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our pediatric team at JobRialto. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in our OR, ER, and ICU units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care to pediatric patients, including assessments, intravenous therapy, wound care, and monitoring of drainage devices.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to achieve optimum patient care.
  • Establish strong relationships with physicians based on trust and knowledge of patient care.
  • Mentor, coach, and team build inexperienced licensed and unlicensed staff.
  • Administer medications and document patient care using E-Mar.
  • Document patient plans of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient conditions.
  • Supervise patient care assistants.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • 2+ years of experience required.
  • RN active License.
  • License/Certification: BLS.
Additional Information

Shifts: night. 12 hours shifts.
