Content Lifecycle Specialist

In this challenging role, you will oversee the entire content lifecycle process, from content creation to delivery to users. As a Content Lifecycle Specialist at the Augustine Institute Inc, you will be responsible for handling content uploads, organizing metadata, managing collections and categories, and addressing technical issues on the Formed digital media platform. Your expertise in database management and content management systems (CMS) will enable you to optimize content discoverability and improve user experience.

A Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, Design, Communications; or equivalent, related experience is required. 2 years of experience in content management, digital media operations, or a related field are necessary. Proficiency in database management systems and content management systems (CMS) is a must. Familiarity with data integrations, data pushes, and technical setups is also essential. Experience with analytics tools is a plus. An estimated salary for this position is around $95,000 per year.

You will lead initiatives to clean, organize, and maintain the platform's metadata, improving overall content discoverability. You will conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy, proper tagging, and the overall health of the content database. Additionally, you will develop and implement a standardized metadata framework to ensure consistency and clarity across all content categories.
