We are seeking individuals with a heart full of compassion and a commitment that rivals the dedication of Olympic athletes. Imagine being part of a team that values care, love, and a touch of fun. Your role will involve assisting residents with their personal needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and look their best, while also creating a lively atmosphere that fosters connection and joy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to seniors, including assistance with grooming, hygiene, and daily activities.
- Attend to the physical and emotional needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Engage in meaningful social interactions with residents, cultivating a positive and supportive environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure residents receive proper nutrition.
- Perform laundry tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications: While proof of DCS, PCA, or CNA certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. If you lack certification, don't worry Commonwealth Senior Living values heart over skill. Our training program will equip you to become a caregiver in an assisted living facility.
Training Opportunities: Our Direct Care Staff Training is approved through the Department of Social Services for Assisted Living Facilities.
