About the Role:
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as licensed life insurance agents. As a life insurance agent, you will have the opportunity to build a business that earns you system-generated income, with uncapped commission paid daily.

- Start at 80% Commission: With the potential to increase to 130% commission.
- Bonuses: Producer bonus, capital bonus, and other incentives.
- Part-Time Agents: Potential to make $50,000+ in the first year.
- Full-Time Agents: Potential to make $100,000+ in the first year.
- Agency Owners: Potential to generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year.
Requirements:
- LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE: A license is required, and we will help you obtain one if you don't have one now.
- Characteristics: Disciplined, self-motivated, driven to improve, high level of consistency, humble, coachable, committed to self-improvement.
