About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist Advisor to join our team at ACCESS. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Knowledge of ASAM criteria and levels of care.
  • Experience working with co-occurring disorders, trauma, and brain development.
