Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or equivalent experience.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of West Virginia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
