As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and packaging products according to quality and productivity standards.

• Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture products.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines for safety and quality control.
• Monitor and adjust production processes as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production workflow.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills to accurately measure and count materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
