Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Bella Vista Property Owners Association. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Manage the flow of guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to guests, promoting our menu and services.
Requirements
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to make change.
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for prolonged periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of dining room and service procedures and functions.
