We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Atrium Health. As a Registered Nurse in our Neurosurgery department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care to patients with neurological disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide critical care services, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and ventilator management
- Manage invasive lines and provide patient ADLs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in critical care or neurosurgery
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Alabama
- ACLS and BCLS certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service
