Abrazo Health Network RN L&D Full Time Nights Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Labor and Delivery (L&D) department, working full-time nights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the L&D department, utilizing the nursing process and patient needs to deliver high-quality care.
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and direct other healthcare employees in the provision of patient care, utilizing independent judgment and leadership skills.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications, as applicable by Facility/Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator.
  • Prefer one year of acute care experience, but will consider new graduates.
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degree.
  • Experience in CVICU or ICU or Cardiac Stepdown.
