  • B.S. degree in a related engineering field (Civil, Environmental, etc.) required; M.S. degree in a related engineering field with a focus on infrastructure delivery preferred;">
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental engineering and consulting industry, specifically in infrastructure delivery, with progressive responsibilities including project management, marketing, and business development;">
  • PE in District of Columbia, Maryland, and/or Virginia or ability to obtain one through reciprocity within 6 months;">
  • Extensive experience in the planning, design, rehabilitation, and execution of large-scale infrastructure facilities;">
  • A proven track record in the preparation of contract documents for infrastructure facilities;">
  • Experience in developing hydraulic calculations;">
  • Experience in multijurisdictional interagency coordination to implement projects;">
  • Experience and knowledge of industry technology for the inspection and condition assessment of infrastructure assets;">
  • Strong design and other technical experience and skills;">
  • Strong planning experience through design and construction of large municipal and/or federal facilities;">
  • Ability to be well organized, focusing on scope, budget, and schedule;">
  • Candidate should be a self-starter, results-oriented, and enthusiastic;">
  • Able to successfully manage and deliver on multiple tasks with competing priorities;">
  • Able to provide consultation in specialized areas, make decisions, and solve problems;">
