Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with guests and ensure a positive experience by efficiently mixing and serving drinks.
2. Utilize premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients to craft exceptional beverages.
3. Welcome guests and take drink orders, either directly or through restaurant servers.
4. Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to established standards.
5. Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate smooth operations.
6. Provide detailed information about wine selections and assist guests in making informed choices.
7. Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
8. Process payments for beverages served and maintain accurate financial records.
9. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and tools for efficient service.
10. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including current promotions.
11. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
12. Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions as required.
13. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of two years of bartending experience.
• In-depth knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to create unique cocktails.
• Strong personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations through attentive service.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to listen and follow directions.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate guest interactions.
• Physical capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
