About the Job

Molly Maid is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, with the ability to make up to $600.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.
