Job OverviewAt Recovery in Motion, we're seeking a dedicated Recovery Coach - Substance Use Disorder Specialist to join our team of passionate individuals who strive to provide effective substance use disorder treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:- Client Support: Provide peer support to clients, ensuring their health and safety through regular meetings and discussions on routine recovery issues.
- Program Services: Deliver quality program services to clients in a professional manner, adhering to program standards and timelines.
- Guidance and Education: Offer guidance, encouragement, education, and skill-building around wellness planning, crisis planning, and self-advocacy to support clients' recovery goals.
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Leadership and Advocacy: Demonstrate leadership and advocacy skills, with a strong dedication to recovery.
- Certification: Hold current certification as a Recovery Peer, meeting qualifications under 245I.04 subd. 18.
- Experience: Have a minimum of one year in recovery from substance use disorder.
- Credentials: Hold a current credential from the Minnesota Certification Board, the Upper Midwest Indian Council on Addictive Disorders, or the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.
The estimated salary range for this position is $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including [insert benefits].
