Work Environment
The Executive Assistant will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with leadership teams and external stakeholders to achieve our organization's goals. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars
* Develop and implement effective filing systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other business-related tasks
* Serve as liaison to external stakeholders, vendors, and clients
* Collaborate with leadership to develop and submit monthly update reports and documents
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
* Minimum five (5) years of administrative assistant experience, preferably at an executive level and interacting with governing boards
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software applications quickly
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
