Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual ERP Consultant to join our team at TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and testing ERP systems for our clients in the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AS, and D365
  • Provide ERP consulting services to clients, including project management and workflow management
  • Consult with clients on the development of custom applications
  • Travel to client sites within Texas (occasionally) to provide on-site support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Business-level Japanese language ability required
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP software implementation and consulting
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and industry trends
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
