Our Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician/Medical Director Post-Acute Long Term Care to perform consultations primarily in skilled nursing facilities. As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to build an independent practice while making a positive impact on the lives of older adults and their families. You will be provided with full administrative support and a team approach, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Round at assigned facilities for physician-only responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with OnSite nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive care.
  • Assume facility Medical Directorships to ensure high-quality care.
  • Provide education on best practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Integrate various interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Active South Carolina MD/DO license.
  • DEA registration.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Strong patient assessment skills.
  • Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic.
