CNC Mill Turn Specialist
We are in search of a skilled CNC Mill Turn Specialist with expertise in Esprit programming and proficiency in TurnMills/MillTurns. This role requires immediate engagement with no initial training period.
Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in Esprit programming tailored for Mill Turn machinery.
- Experience with both 4-axis and 5-axis machining processes.
- Familiarity with full 5-axis machines and 3+2 positioning techniques.
- Knowledge of dynamic toolpath functionalities within Esprit.
- Understanding of synchronization codes for effective timing between B-axis milling and the lower lathe turret.
- Experience with twin spindle lathes and operations involving lower lathe turret.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with 4340 milling materials.
- Proficiency in 5-axis and 3+2 programming methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC Mill Turn machines, focusing on twin spindle lathes equipped with lower lathe turret and upper B-axis milling spindle.
- Utilize the A-axis (sub-spindle) for part transfer from the main spindle to the sub spindle.
- Work with advanced equipment including Mori Seiki MT 2500, DMG Mori 4250, and Akuma Mac Turn 350, all featuring Twin Spindle Lathes.
Compensation: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually
