**Job Description**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Blaster and Finisher to join our team at ResourceMFG. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt, and to impart specified finish.

**Responsibilities**

  • Abrade surfaces of metal or hard composition objects using power tools.
  • Apply paints that match specified colors.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and degreasing.

**Requirements**

  • 12 months recent experience working in Industrial Manufacturing facility.
  • Able to work 8, 10, or 12 hours shifts.
  • Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand, walk, and bend for the entire shift.
