About the Role

TaskRay is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of our prospects and customers, primarily in the large market and enterprise space, through technical consultation and solution architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers and prospects to understand their business processes and needs, and provide guidance on best practices for implementing TaskRay and other Salesforce applications.
  • Lead solution consultation and architecture efforts, including writing Statements of Work and Design documents to define the scope of planned work.
  • Perform hands-on solution design and implementation, including building and implementing standard and custom TaskRay solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to drive TaskRay and Salesforce best practices and solutions.
  • Act as a technical resource for internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience acting as a technical business analyst, technical consultant, or similar role on the Salesforce platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role for large market/enterprise level clients that involves requirements gathering, training and/or change management.
  • 4+ years of experience architecting and building on the Salesforce platform.
  • Expert in Salesforce customizations and automations, including Flow.
  • APEX familiarity a plus.
  • Configuration experience with multiple other Salesforce applications.
  • Technical evangelist obsessed with learning new software.
  • Eager for the opportunity to use both your technical skills and drive for partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable balancing implementations, business process consulting, and project management for 10+ clients at any given time.
  • Motivation to stay up to speed with new and changing technologies.
  • Experience working with different levels in the organization; technical to C level.
  • Understanding of enterprise level organizations' buying process.
  • Skilled at balancing technical terminology with business acumen.

What We Offer:

  • Cash compensation for this role is commensurate with experience. Estimated annual salary range is between $120,000-$152,000 per year.
  • This position is eligible for additional uncapped variable compensation between $9,000-$13,000 per year.
  • Total on target earnings range is between $129,000-$165,000 annually.
  • TaskRay offers highly competitive non-cash compensation, including medical, dental and vision benefits, flexible PTO, and more.

Location:

This position is hybrid (Colorado only). While TaskRay has a physical office in the Denver area, we've always been proud of our hybrid approach to the work environment, even pre-pandemic. We expect this role to be in-office 1-2 days per week.
