With a legacy of 140 years in the human services field, we focus on enhancing the welfare of children by empowering families and fortifying communities through informed, collaborative, and preventative strategies.
The Crisis Management Supervisor - Youth Services plays a pivotal role in guiding a team that delivers community-based crisis support, case management, and therapeutic services to vulnerable children and families. This leadership position involves providing case consultation, strengths-based coaching, and professional development opportunities for staff. Additionally, the Supervisor is tasked with cultivating partnerships with community organizations, engaging in outreach efforts to elevate the visibility and accessibility of our services, and may also manage a limited caseload of clients directly.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of pertinent experience is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation are mandatory.
- Experience in supporting families affected by trauma and possessing effective crisis intervention skills is advantageous.
Job Details:
- Compensation: Starting salary at $54,000; offers will be based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus over 3 weeks of paid time off in the first year, including a designated week between Christmas and New Year's Day (PTO increases with tenure); 11 paid holidays, supplemental insurance options, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
- Location: Hybrid work model (office-based and remote).
- Schedule: Full-time, salaried position; standard business hours with flexibility for evening appointments to meet client needs. Participation in after-hours on-call crisis rotation is required.
- Student Loan Forgiveness: Our organization is recognized as an approved agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
