Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our guests. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

• Drive guests from and to the dealership in a timely and safe manner
• Ensure guests are picked up at scheduled times and maintain constant communication with the dispatch team
• Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
• Help maintain a professional appearance of the sales and service departments and the courtesy van
• Secure the courtesy van on premises at the end of the day

• A high school diploma or equivalent is desired
• Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience is desired
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
• Read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
• Work well with the public
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
