The Medical Intensive Care Unit at ChristianaCare Direct is on the lookout for a Registered Nurse to cover Night Shifts with occasional Day Shift rotations. Weekend and holiday shifts will be scheduled according to departmental requirements. This is a full-time flexible position, requiring 36 hours of work per week.

General Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire and possess relevant experience.
- Applicants should have a minimum of one year of acute care experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred and must be obtained within six months of hire.
