About the Job
Cath Lab Technologists are in high demand, and MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Electrophysiology Technologist. This contract opportunity offers a 13-week assignment in St Petersburg, Florida.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to cardiac catheterization teams, ensuring the highest level of patient care. Key duties include:
• Providing direct, safe, and competent patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department
• Assisting with various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and physicians to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs
• Functioning under the direction of cardiologists/radiologists during procedures, anticipating and obtaining necessary equipment and inventory

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Current License in good standing
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting

Salary Information
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek and 10-hour shifts.
