We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Las Palmas Medical Center El Paso. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and equipment maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- CT Registry and experience required.
- ARRT, R (RT) (CT) certification required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a hospital setting, with exposure to radiation and potentially hazardous materials.
- Work with a variety of patients, including those with medical conditions and disabilities.
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
