Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team of professionals providing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy services in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.
  • Monitor and track patient progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology.
