Program Director

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join J.D. Power as a Program Director, where you will be responsible for working closely with clients and our account team to collect information and support solution design.

You will be the point person to respond to client requests, identify business requirements, and work with the account team to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.

The role also involves identifying, creating, and nurturing professional relationships with client teams to help them identify and define their key challenges and provide suggested data and application solutions from our toolkit of products and services.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

  • Work with delivery teams to assess client needs and support design solutions for product development.
  • Create and deliver presentations for clients regarding solutions and delivery activities.
  • Manage relationships with valued clients and be onsite with clients minimum 3 days a week.
  • Review all deliverables prepared by teams before passing to clients, as this position owns the client relationship.
  • Work with Project Managers to revise project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day client-related operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Maintain an ongoing, clear, and reasonable vision of 'next steps' and the 'big picture' with clients and own the delivery of service.
  • Support driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities, connect with current and new clients/customers.
  • Build trusted and valued relationships with our client partners and internal company stakeholders.
  • Continue to educate our clients on the value of our products and services.
  • Develop client proposals and recommendations – PowerPoint presentations, proposals to summarize recommendation, pricing, and expected results.
  • Work with key clients to set up key performance indicators for monthly and quarterly review.
  • Proactively provide client feedback that can be utilized for future product enhancements and product development and provide feedback loop to ensure value input into our innovation roadmap.
  • Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with your customers.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
