Sterling Personnel seeks an energetic and outgoing professional Bilingual Leasing Superstar to show and lease apartments for several properties in North Dallas.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of previous leasing experience and be able to maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and punctuality. Strong sales experience is required, and the ability to close deals is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents
  • Initiates marketing efforts to various merchants and businesses
  • Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits
  • Maintains work areas and office in clean and orderly manner
  • Has thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies
  • Develops and maintains an on-going resident retention program
  • Processes administrative forms, reports, and related information efficiently and timely
