As a Healthcare Professional for Plasma Collection, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of donors and our team while delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs, and use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
* Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their safety and well-being
* Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
* Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate donor compensation and provide exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with the Plasma Center Manager to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
What You Bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
* 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role (helpful)
