Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
