Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Green Courte Residential Holdings LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Organize and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and community spaces.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify areas that require attention.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Participate in in-service training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or housekeeping, preferably in a senior living or assisted living setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with cleaning schedules and protocols.
Working Conditions

The Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with residents, staff, and vendors. The position requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. The Housekeeper may be exposed to chemicals, dust, and other cleaning agents. A safe and healthy work environment is ensured by following proper safety protocols and procedures.
