About the Role

This full-time position involves working 12-hour shifts, providing total care to our residents, including monitoring their condition, administering medications, and overseeing the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff. You will also be responsible for completing documentation, admitting and discharging residents, and reporting any changes in their condition.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to physician orders and facility policies
  • Monitor residents' conditions, administer medications, and report any changes
  • Oversee NAR staff, ensuring resident care plans are followed
  • Complete documentation, including admitting and discharging residents
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
  • RN licensure with the GA Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Desire to work with the elderly
