Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Room setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current RN license in the state of Kansas or multi-state compact license.
- At least one year of experience in an Emergency Room setting, with a strong background in critical care and emergency nursing.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification, with ACLS and ENPC certifications within 90 days of hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
