Program OverviewOur 12-month Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence you need to succeed as a registered nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain the knowledge and expertise to excel in today's fast-paced healthcare environment.

As an RN Resident, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in ongoing education and training. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including med/surg, inpatient rehab, and emergency services.
Requirements- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
We're a 218-bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We offer a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women's services. We're an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center, providing the highest level of care for our patients.
