**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapy sessions, staff consultations, and individual therapy for clients in the AHC Mental Health Services.
  • Implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Administer and score psychological tests, writing informative reports to aid in treatment and goal setting.
  • Enter progress notes in clinical records, exercising sound clinical judgment and adhering to confidentiality rules.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, social services, health services, and educational services.
  • Participate in professional growth and development, pursuing ongoing education and training in the mental health field.
Requirements
  • Licensed psychologist, social worker, Licensed Practical Clinical Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota with at least one year of experience working with mental health and chemical dependency clients.
  • Two years of freedom from chemical use problems.
  • Pass MN criminal background check.
