AutoZone is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide WOW Customer Service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, including restocking merchandise and maintaining product knowledge.
- Utilize ZNET to assist customers with locating merchandise or finding suitable alternatives.
- Practice GOTTChA and assist with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
- Utilize OBDII to read codes from customers' automobiles and diagnose problems.
- Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
