We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students experiencing communication challenges.
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
  • Support the assessment and evaluation processes as required.
  • Work in partnership with educators and other school personnel to enhance student learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as an SLPA.
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
