Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the CDU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
- 2 years of experience as a RN in a similar setting.
- BCLS and ACLS certification required, NIH preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
