PART-TIME KITCHEN SUPPORT - RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
The selected candidate must be adaptable with their schedule to meet the demands of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engages in part-time work, both independently and collaboratively, for buffet-style service during Hormel Foods events, which includes setup, cleanup, dishwashing, and some preliminary home-style meal preparation, as well as serving, grocery procurement, and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitates meal service independently when the corporate chef is unavailable.
Required
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative.
- Genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts.
- Experience in food service.
- Experience in high-volume cooking.
